Quiche Lorraine

Quiche Lorraine features a single crust filled with a creamy egg mixture flavored with bacon, cheese, and onions, offering a savory delight in every bite.

Ingredients

Step 1:

Roll out the dough : On a floured surface, roll the dough into a 14-inch circle and transfer it to a 9-inch springform pan or quiche pan. Press it firmly into the bottom and sides, then chill in the fridge.

Step 2:

Cook the bacon : In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels, reserving 1 tablespoon of drippings.
