Ingredients:

1. 1 teaspoon each dried basil, marjoram, and thyme 2. 1/2 teaspoon salt 3. 8 lamb loin chops (3 ounces each) 4. Mint jelly (optional)

Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the lamb chops. For medium-rare, aim for 135°F; for medium, 140°F; and for medium-well, 145°F.

Step 3

Once cooked to your liking, remove the lamb chops from the broiler and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
